Team St. Kitts & Nevis USA Established: 1980.

History:  Team St Kitts Graduates Soccer club Began in the summer of 1980 with group of nationals who migrated to New York and just could not give up the game. We had to find a way to play the game we love and create an avenue to keep our people together.

Refined management was the hallmark of Team St. Kitts and Nevis USA in the 2015 New York Caribbean Cup Soccer Tournament. It was remarkable to see how the introduction of Roy Charles to the coaching staff changed the team’s on the field performance almost overnight. While they lost to Team Jamaica in the semi-finals the expectations for 2016 is tremendous.

Alittle about our Country:

The Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, located in the Leeward Islands, is a federal two-island state in the West Indies. It is the smallest sovereign state in the Americas, in both area and population.

St. Kitts and Nevis – The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis also known as the Federation of St. Christopher and Nevis is a twin island state and is the smallest sovereign state in the Americas, in both area and population. Saint Kitts was home to the first English and French colonies in the Caribbean, and so has been entitled “The Mother Colony of the West Indies”.

The twin island state, whose capital city is Basseterre, covers only 109 square miles with a population of less than 100,000.

While soccer is very popular in the country, to date their most popular sporting personalities have come from cricket and track and field. Runako Morton in cricket represented both the Leeward Islands in domestic competition and the West Indies cricket teams internationally. Perhaps their most popular son to date is Kim Collins who brought attention to the country by winning the 100 metres at the 2003 IAAF World Championships in Paris.
